What is your returns procedure?
For digital purchases, we have a sixty day money-back guarantee. For physical products return policies may vary, but are guaranteed for at least 60 days. Please contact us by using the phone number or e-mail, per instructions on either your digital or paper receipt.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Digital purchases are delivered immediately after purchase, and are also emailed to you. You may wish to check your "promotions" inbox to check your login information has not been sent there.
Physical purchases will be processed on the same business day, and usually arrive in less than 7 days for United States orders. International orders may take a bit longer depending on local couriers.
As soon as your order has been processed and also dispatched, our fulfillment company will send you a tracking link for your order.
This will be sent to the email you submitted with purchase within 3 business days.
